Treasury Team Lead

We are actively expanding our product portfolio and international partnerships. As the business grows, we are strengthening our finance function and looking for a Treasury Team Lead to lead the function, ensure effective cash flow management, develop treasury processes, and oversee the timely fulfillment of the company’s financial obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Treasury function, develop the team, and ensure the quality and timely delivery of its work.
- Manage the company’s cash flows, prepare Cash Flow forecasts, and ensure the timely fulfillment of payment obligations.
- Manage the full cycle of operating expenses, Payroll, and other payments, including their recording in the financial system.
- Manage bank accounts, payment service providers (PSPs), and international financial transactions.
- Coordinate B2B transactions, KYC, and financial monitoring within the Treasury function.
- Develop, streamline, and automate financial processes in collaboration with Reporting, Budgeting, Legal, the CFO, and other teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in finance, treasury, or related fields, including at least 1 year of team management or mentoring junior specialists.
- Strong understanding of Cash Flow, payment calendars, bank accounts, and international payments.
- Hands-on experience with Payroll, expense accounting, and payment systems.
- Understanding of KYC principles, financial monitoring, and cryptocurrency systems.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, with a structured mindset and strong attention to detail.
- English proficiency at B1 level or above.
- Experience in iGaming or crypto is a plus.
