We are currently looking for an experienced SMM manager with a strong marketing background who can take the employer brand to the next level🚀
What we expect from you:
- work experience in IT companies in SMM from 1.5 years (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, Twitter): understanding of social network specifics and their algorithms, the ability to build promotion strategies and set appropriate KPI;
- knowledge of how to keep the attention of the target audience, what accents are necessary for the contentmastery of SMM tools for planning posts, audience analysis, etc.;
- creative approach to make photo and video content;
- mastery of Figma at a high level;
- the ability to write catchy texts;
- perfect command of the Ukrainian language and a level of English not lower than Intermediate;
- visiting Kyiv office, as well as internal company events;
- the ability to see and search for information occasions to use in social media understanding of modern memeology and interest in trends.
Will be a plus:
- experience with video editing tools;
- available portfolio of works and cases;
- experience with YouTube channels;
- understanding how targeted advertising is created based on CA, geo, interests, and the ability to form budgets.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- creating SMM strategy and content plan of the company’s social networks, work with visual templates in Figma;
- planning and posting materials for interaction with the audience on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram pages;
- analyzing of the IT market and competitors (including the use of marketing tools);
- generating new ideas, formats, and content headings;
- writing Ukrainian-language texts;
- increasing and maintaining audience engagement;
- creation and promotion of new communication channels from scratch (Telegram, TikTok, Twitter).
