We’re looking for an SEO Team Lead who will own our SEO strategy and help scale our media assets across global markets.
About the Role
This is a strategic opportunity for an SEO leader who wants to shape more than day-to-day optimization tasks. You’ll drive the entire SEO function—from defining strategy and building scalable processes to developing the team and delivering measurable business impact.
You’ll work at the intersection of SEO, analytics, technology, and product, creating a scalable approach that accelerates organic growth across our portfolio.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies for international products.
- Define growth priorities, KPIs, and scalable approaches to increasing organic traffic.
- Analyze markets, competitors, and search engine algorithm updates.
- Build efficient, data-driven SEO processes.
- Grow and mentor the SEO team through hiring, coaching, and professional development.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Content, and Analytics teams.
- Develop analytics, forecasting, and automation systems to improve SEO performance.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Has experience leading an SEO team or mentoring SEO specialists.
- Has a proven track record of growing competitive projects in international markets.
- Is confident working with SEO analytics and business performance metrics.
- Understands how organic traffic impacts Revenue, ROI, and LTV.
- Has a structured mindset and strong analytical skills.
- Has English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
