SEO Specialist

As we continue scaling our proprietary product portfolio across Tier-1 markets, we are looking for an SEO Specialist to grow our organic acquisition channel, scale SEO projects, and integrate AI solutions into day-to-day workflows.
This role is ideal for an SEO professional who wants to go beyond optimizing individual pages and contribute to building a scalable SEO ecosystem—from niche analysis and site architecture to traffic growth, process automation, and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze niches, competitors, search demand, and user search intent.
- Research and evaluate expired domains, including domain history, topical relevance, backlink profile, indexation status, risks, and recovery potential.
- Scale EMD (Exact Match Domain) networks and launch multiple websites using standardized processes.
- Develop SEO strategies for new projects and identify growth opportunities.
- Design scalable website architecture, including content clusters, page structure, templates, and internal linking.
- Manage technical SEO, including robots.txt, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, hreflang implementation, redirects, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Analyze performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and GTM, making data-driven optimization decisions.
- Develop link-building strategies by analyzing competitors, creating anchor text strategies, and optimizing backlink profiles.
- Leverage AI tools for SEO research, keyword clustering, site structure creation, metadata generation, and content production.
- Optimize AI-powered workflows by improving content quality, eliminating repetitive patterns and duplicate content, and enhancing automation processes.
- Work with large datasets in Google Sheets.
- Create technical tasks and collaborate closely with developers and link-building specialists.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist in highly competitive industries.
- Hands-on experience working with EMD websites and expired domains.
- Strong understanding of Google’s ranking factors, crawling principles, and search algorithms.
- Proven experience scaling SEO projects and working with large volumes of data.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog (or Netpeak Spider), and GA4.
- Practical experience using AI tools within SEO workflows.
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher, sufficient for working with documentation and English-language search results.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the iGaming industry (Gambling / Betting).
- Experience working with multi-GEO and multilingual websites.
- Automation skills using Python, APIs, n8n, Vercel, or V0.app.
- Proven cases of recovering websites after Google algorithm updates.
