What we expect from you:

• higher education in accounting/economics/finance;
• work experience from 1 year in the position of accountant, assistant accountant, PE accountant;
• confident user of office programs (Word, Excel), Google sheets;
• skills in working with reporting programs (Taxer, Medoc, Fredo) and electronic payer cabinet sfs.gov;
• documentation, as well as the rules for calculating taxes, the system of taxation in the FOP according to the legislation of Ukraine;
• the level of English is not lower than Intermediate.

It will be an advantage:

• work experience in IT companies;
• knowledge of the taxation system in foreign countries for individual entrepreneurs;
• working with the Docusigh system, signature methods in pdf.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• registration of new using the online procedure (Action, sfs);
• registration of primary documentation;
• collection of bank statements and calculation taxes;
• keeping a book of income and other documents;
• submission of reporting according to the established procedure;
• checking the state and communication with contractors;
• accounting of contracts and NDAs;
• payment of taxes according to the agreed procedure.
