That is why we are inviting a Head of reporting to our financial team, who will help us maintain the financial health of the company, keep all income and expenses in absolute order, and create management and accounting reports.

Your professional qualities:

• bachelor/masters degree in the field of finance/economics/accounting and auditing
• at least 2 years of experience on the position of finance manager/IFRS accountant
• English B2+
• experience in organizing accounting and financial reporting (P&L, CashFlow, Balance sheet, Trial balance)
• in-depth knowledge of IFRS and experience in supporting non-residents
• experience in managing budgeting processes
• experience in calculating Unit Economics
• experience in managing teams of 1-2 people
• experience of interaction with external auditors and audit support in foreign jurisdictions
• ability to work with large amounts of information, organize, analyze data and process it in Google Spreadsheets and Google Docs, MS Excel

Would be a plus:

• ACCA or other professional certificates
• experience with QuickBooks, Jira
• experience in the automation of reporting processes

Your main tasks in our team will be:

• administration of the QuickBooks financial accounting system
• organization of financial and accounting policies
• organization of financial P&L on a monthly basis (reconciliations, reporting, analytics, and key conclusions), financial reports in terms of company projects
• accounting in accordance with IFRS for company’s LLC, reporting and taxation (P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance)
• verification of the availability of primary documents and account statements
• organization and control of the audit process by the company’s LLC, sourcing and communication with external auditors and accountants in foreign jurisdictions
• management of the company’s financial modeling
• management of the budgeting process in the company
