Head of Marketing

Currently, Zeeks is opening a Head of Marketing position to help drive project growth through organic and commercial traffic channels and by building a strong brand.
We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic leader who will own product marketing, brand strategy, and user acquisition. Our ideal candidate has strong strategic thinking and hands-on experience in product marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and user retention strategies.

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing with a strong background in product and performance marketing
- Proven experience in building online communities and driving user acquisition and retention
- Hands-on experience with SEO (the SEO team is part of the Marketing department)
- Expertise in SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), email marketing, and social media
- Experience in iGaming or the online gaming industry is a strong plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to position our platform as a leading community for iGaming users
- Building and strengthening brand identity, messaging, and the product value proposition
- Close collaboration with Product teams to ensure seamless delivery of features, benefits, and user value
- Driving user acquisition through data-driven marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, paid social, influencer partnerships, and affiliate marketing
- Optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels to maximize ROI
- Developing and implementing CRM strategies to improve user retention and increase LTV
- Analyzing user behavior and feedback to drive improvements and enhance the overall user experience
