- Integrate and unify data from 11+ sources, including MySQL, ClickHouse, BigQuery, external APIs, and others.
- Build data marts tailored to product teams and analytics needs.
- Maintain reliable integrations with GrowthBook, Power BI, and other BI/experimentation tools.
- Set up data quality monitoring and alerting processes.
- Optimize large-scale data workloads in BigQuery and ClickHouse.
What is important for us:
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a closely related role.
- Strong hands-on experience designing and maintaining production ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Practical knowledge of ClickHouse and BigQuery, including data modeling, query optimization, and partitioning.
- Solid Python skills for data transformation and automation.
- Experience with Apache Airflow or similar orchestration tools.
- Understanding of CDC (Change Data Capture), event streaming, and Kafka.
- Understanding of Data Warehouse principles: data layers, star/snowflake schemas, and data lineage.
- Understanding of transactional analytics at the user level (transaction states, user-level analytics).
- Experience working with GitLab.
- Ability to establish robust data quality and observability processes.
- English B1+ for working with technical documentation.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Google Analytics / Google Search Console or other marketing data sources.
- Experience in an analytics team with an understanding of analysts’ needs and business requirements for aggregations.
- Experience preparing data for BI systems.
What we offer:
- The opportunity to build the data infrastructure from scratch and directly influence architectural decisions.
- Compensation fixed in foreign currency, with the possibility of review based on performance/results.
- Possibility of military service reservation/deferment subject to valid military-registration documents.
- 18 working days of paid leave, plus 5 additional days off, Birthday Off, and 5 paid sick days without medical certificates.
- An annual budget for learning and professional development.
- An annual wellbeing deposit, reimbursing expenses such as medical services, sports activities, veterinary care, foreign-language learning, non-job-related education and hobbies, and childcare services (nanny/kindergarten).
