Affiliate Manager

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager who will help grow the Zeeks partnership ecosystem and build long-term relationships with international brands.

About the role

This role is for a specialist who wants to influence not only individual partnership deals but also the overall development of the commercial direction.

You will combine partner management, performance analytics, and the development of new growth opportunities for scaling our media products.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop strategic partnerships with international brands.
• Lead negotiations and build long-term relationships with partners.
• Analyze partnership performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Work with CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Premium Placement monetization models.
• Research new markets and opportunities to expand the partner network.
• Collaborate with SEO, Product, and Analytics teams to create effective partnership solutions.
• Use data to drive commercial decisions.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Affiliate Marketing.
• Has experience working with international B2B partnerships.
• Understands the digital economy and key business metrics.
• Can analyze partnership results and identify growth opportunities.
• Has experience working with CRM and analytics tools.
• Has English proficiency at B2+ level.
• Experience in iGaming, Affiliate, or Performance Marketing will be a strong advantage.
