Senior Finance Specialist (Receivables direction, fixed-term contract)

We are looking for a Senior Finance Specialist (Receivables) for a 6-month contract engagement.
This role is designed to strengthen our Finance team and ensure continuity in accounts receivable management processes. We’re looking for a specialist who can quickly integrate into our workflows, collaborate effectively with international partners, assess financial risks, and contribute to improving existing financial processes.
Based on performance and business needs, the contract may be extended or transitioned into a long-term engagement.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in a finance role, including at least 2 years in iGaming or Affiliate Marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing accounts receivable and overseeing the full receivables lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting in Affiliate Marketing, including revenue recognition principles and partner payment processes.
- Experience working with financial and accounting systems, particularly QuickBooks.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and large dataset analysis.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Looker Studio, BigQuery, and Airtable.
- Solid understanding of financial accounting systems and processes.
- Practical experience working with cryptocurrency payments.
- Understanding of legal aspects of partner relationships in the iGaming industry and the fundamentals of banking systems across European countries.
- Strong financial risk analysis skills, including partner due diligence and decision-making regarding potential partnerships.
- Experience with affiliate platforms such as Affilka, ReferOn, or NetRefer, as well as CRM systems.
- Practical experience using AI tools to automate financial workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the full accounts receivable cycle.
- Maintain records of revenue and incoming payments in the company’s financial accounting system (QuickBooks).
- Monitor payment timeliness and communicate with partners regarding outstanding receivables.
- Assess financial risks related to potential partners and non-standard partnership cases.
- Evaluate the financial reliability of partners.
- Prepare regular reports on company revenue and accounts receivable.
- Provide the Affiliate team with up-to-date information on payment statuses and collection progress.
- Optimize existing financial processes and contribute to their continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally between the Finance and Affiliate teams.
