Senior Finance Specialist (Receivables direction, fixed-term contract)

We are currently looking for a Senior Finance Specialist (Receivables direction) for a 6-month contract collaboration. Depending on mutual fit and business needs, there may be an opportunity to extend the contract or transition into a permanent role.
This position is opened to strengthen the team and ensure continuity of key financial processes related to accounts receivable management.

Our expectations from candidates:
- 2+ years of experience as a Finance Specialist (Receivables) within the iGaming or Affiliate Marketing industry.
- Strong expertise in financial accounting within Affiliate Marketing.
- Proven experience in effective accounts receivable management in the iGaming niche.
- Advanced reporting skills using complex formulas and pivot tables in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Experience working with QuickBooks, Looker Studio, BigQuery, and AirTable.
- Understanding of financial and accounting systems principles.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency ecosystem operations.
- Knowledge of legal fundamentals of partnership cooperation in the iGaming industry.
- Understanding of banking systems fundamentals across European countries.
- Ability to use AI tools to support team needs.
- Ability to assess risks and draw conclusions regarding potential partnerships.
- Experience working with affiliate platforms such as Affilka, ReferOn, NetRefer.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle accounts receivable management.
- Optimization of existing business processes.
- Analysis of the company’s financial risks in potential non-standard partnership cases.
- Recording revenues and actual incoming payments from top affiliate accounts in the company’s financial accounting system (QuickBooks).
- Providing up-to-date information to the affiliate team regarding receivables collection progress from sales partners.
- Assessing the financial reliability status of the company’s partners.
- Preparing periodic reports related to company revenues and accounts receivable.
- Participating in cross-functional Affiliate–Finance communication regarding changes in existing business processes.
