Head of Affiliates
Zeeks is a technology company that develops infrastructure, analytics, and service products for the international iGaming market. We operate using B2B and B2B2C models, where precision of processes, data quality, and scalability of technological solutions play a key role.

We are looking for a Head of Affiliates to lead our commercial affiliate direction — the sales and account teams — and take responsibility for revenue generated from partner placements, special integrations, and premium position sales across our websites.
This role is a great fit for someone with a strong business development/sales background in iGaming who has grown from an individual contributor into a team leader. We need someone who understands how to build long-term partnerships with operators and has experience creating structured workflows and processes that ensure stable revenue for the direction.
Responsibilities:
Revenue and Strategy
- Take ownership of affiliate revenue and its growth.
- Develop a monetization strategy: select the right models — flat fee, listing, CPA, hybrid, RevShare, subscription, etc. — for each project and GEO, and develop non-standard advertising formats.
- Create commercial proposals, placement packages, and pricing models.
- Forecast revenue and set/achieve quarterly and annual targets.
Team and Partners
- Manage sales and account teams: set KPIs, develop team members, lead hiring and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Work with existing partners to increase volumes, improve cooperation terms, and renew contracts. Manage the team’s workload so that the direction does not critically depend on one person.
Performance and Processes
- Analyze placement performance and key performance metrics across websites, GEOs, and partners, and propose growth solutions.
- Work with tracking systems, particularly Keitaro, to verify traffic quality, configure flows, track results, and optimize traffic monetization efficiency.
- Monitor sales plan execution and the quality of the partner portfolio.
- Optimize sales and account management processes, involving analysts and Product/Dev teams for automation and market intelligence tasks.
Cross-functional Collaboration and Development
- Work with Product, Dev, and Marketing teams — SEO, Email — as a co-author of revenue-growth solutions.
- Suggest new monetization formats and prioritize their testing.
What we expect from our future Head of Affiliates:
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate, iGaming, or media sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership role managing sales and account teams.
- Has personally sold placements, sponsorships, premium positions, and worked with performance-based partnerships.
- Has independently negotiated with C-level executives, Heads of Affiliates, Affiliate Managers, and Acquisition teams.
- Has built or significantly restructured processes within an affiliate team and can provide specific examples.
Expertise
- Strong understanding of how the affiliate business works.
- Understands affiliate project metrics: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, ROI, LTV, and conversion funnels.
- Is well-versed in tracking systems and attribution principles.
- Can work with CRM systems and manage a partner pipeline systematically.
- Has strong account management skills and knows how to grow partners into a long-term revenue stream.
- Has English proficiency sufficient for negotiations and commercial communication.

- Existing network of contacts in the iGaming / affiliate industry.
- Experience working with review, SEO, or media projects.
- Understanding of GEO strategies, regulatory limitations, and the specifics of different markets.
- Experience building a sales strategy from scratch.
- Experience implementing automation, AI tools, and/or CRM systems in affiliate operations.
