Head of Marketing

Hello! I’m Roman, an investor and serial entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience in marketing and digital product creation. I am the Founder & CEO of Zeeks, the Founder of Unilead, and a General Partner at the investment fund NetSolid Investments.

Zeeks is currently looking for a Head of Marketing who will help us drive project growth through organic and commercial traffic, as well as by building a strong brand.

We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic expert to drive our product marketing, brand strategy, and user acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in product marketing SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and retention strategies. If you are passionate about growth marketing, data-driven decision-making, and building strong communities, we want to hear from you!

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in product and performance marketing.
• Proven track record in growing online communities, user acquisition, and engagement.
• Expertise in SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), email marketing, and social media.
• Knowledge in iGaming, or online gaming industries, is a strong plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• English C1+.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position our platform as the leading community for casino players.
• Build and enhance brand identity, messaging, and value proposition.
• Work closely with product teams to ensure seamless communication of features, benefits, and value to users.
• Drive user acquisition through data-driven digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, paid social, influencer partnerships, and affiliate marketing.
• Optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels to maximize ROI.
• Develop and execute CRM strategies to increase user retention and lifetime value.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to implement improvements and enhance user experience.
