Our business is growing fast, and right now, we’re building a new iGaming product — a platform focused on transparency, trust, and exceptional user experience. We’re combining a data-driven approach, deep analytics, and cutting-edge technologies to make it happen. Alongside this, our team is actively developing long-standing affiliate projects that have been successfully targeting Tier 1–3 markets for over 10 years and delivering high-quality organic traffic to direct advertisers.
We’re currently looking for a SEO Team Lead to take the lead of a team of 4 professionals and help bring our products to the top of search results!

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in SEO for highly competitive markets, and 1+ year in a leadership role.
- Proven success in launching projects from scratch and scaling them in competitive niches.
- Strong analytical thinking: the ability to evaluate market conditions and data, build growth strategies, and budget effectively.
- Expert knowledge of SEO tools and the ability to work with large datasets (advanced Google Spreadsheets, RegEx, etc.).
- Strong leadership skills: experience setting KPIs, running 1-on-1s, handling complex issues, delegating effectively, and tracking execution.
- English at B1 level or higher — you should be confident working with English-language tools and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit existing projects, evaluate their potential, and develop data-backed SEO strategies for defined periods.
- Analyze results of past strategies and forecast future outcomes.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize the marketing budget across your team’s projects.
- Identify traffic growth opportunities through in-depth market and competitive analysis.
- Keep SEO practices up to date by testing new tools, services, and technologies.
- Launch and manage SEO experiments and A/B tests.
- Lead and grow the SEO team to achieve strong, measurable results.
- Optimize team workflows and keep process documentation current.
- Build reports and present the team’s performance to stakeholders.
