Zeeks is an international IT company. Our efforts concentrate on building and promoting websites for the iGaming industry. Our focuses are complete website optimization, market and competitor research, affiliate marketing services, web development, and affiliate program expansion.

We are currently looking for an SEO Team Lead to join our team. This position aims to ensure maximum website conversion through effective team management and high-quality cross-team interaction.
Experience we expect:
- at least 3 years of experience as an SEO in highly competitive niches, as well as 1 year of experience as an SEO Team Lead;
- analytical skills, ability to deeply analyze the niche, and market situation, draw conclusions and draw up a strategy for further development based on the data obtained, and formulate a project budget;
- ability to motivate the team, identify SEO KPIs, experience in conducting 1–1 meetings, solving complex issues, ability to delegate processes and monitor their implementation;
- experience in launching projects from scratch in highly competitive niches, scaling results and examples of successfully implemented cases;
- professional knowledge of SEO tools, as well as the ability to work with large amounts of information (advanced user of Google Spreadsheets, RegEx);
- English language skills at least B2 level.
Will be an advantage:
- successful experience with Reddit/discord/medium/twitter/LinkedIn/any other social traffic sources and “parasite SEO” (conversion outreach articles on trusted resources).
Your tasks will be:
- managing a team of 3 SEO specialists, expanding the team if necessary;
- development, validation, and control of the team’s implementation of SEO project strategies;
- planning, controlling and optimizing the marketing budget of the team’s projects;
- analyzing the results of previous strategies and forecasting future results;
- risk management of the chosen promotion strategy and prompt response to the occurrence of these risks;
- searching for traffic growth areas through in-depth analysis of niches and market sub-sectors;
- full-fledged launch of websites from scratch independently or with the involvement of a team;
- maintaining the relevance of SEO approaches by testing new tools, services, and instruments;
- conducting SEO tests and experiments;
- reporting and presentation of the team’s results;
- creating and updating documentation on SEO processes.
