The websites we have been creating for over 9 years are highly ranked by Google and operate in various global markets: Europe, the USA, Canada, Japan, Brazil, and others.

Now we keep working and supporting Ukraine’s economy in this turbulent time. We are expanding our presence in new markets, scaling up projects, and supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

We are not resting on our laurels and continue to grow our team, so we are looking for an SEO Team Lead to help us develop a project that includes a network of 14 sites targeting Tier 1-Tier 2 geo.

If you have successful team management experience, your projects are highly ranked in the iGaming niche, you know how to plan work and motivate others, find different options to achieve goals, and develop professionally in the field of IT in the same rhythm as the company and technologies – you definitely belong with us!

What we expect from you:

• work experience in the position of SEO in highly competitive niches for 5 years, as well as in the position of SEO Team Lead for 2 years in the iGaming niche in Western markets – MUST HAVE;
• strong analytical skills, the ability to deeply analyze competitors, and the market situation, draw conclusions and draw up a strategy for further development based on the received data, and form a project budget;
• the ability to motivate the team, experience in conducting 1-1 meetings, and solving complex issues;
• professional knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google data studio, Ahrefs, Majestic, SEMrush, Screaming Frog), as well as the ability to work with large volumes of information (advanced user of Google Spreadsheets, RegEx);
• experience in link building (knowledge of various types of links, both paid and free, and the ability to build them independently);
• experience with various CMS;
• knowledge of HTML, CSS;
• English language at B2+ level;
• examples of successfully implemented cases in the iGaming niche;
• examples of successfully implemented sites with language/local versions.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• creation, implementation, and control implementation of the SEO strategy to achieve the company’s goals;
• development of a soft/hard skills development plan for the team;
• optimization of existing and implementation of new SEO business processes in the team;
• expanding the company’s expertise in the field of SEO with the help of external and internal sources, SEO experiments, SEO a/b tests – and improving the department’s SEO strategy with the help of the obtained expertise;
• a timely and effective response to Google updates, force majeure situations, and restrictions from search engines: menu filter, algorithmic filter, etc.;
• budgeting resources for SEO and forecasting results;
• search for optimal options for solving problems with external and internal resources, updating existing methods of obtaining and contractors for content and link building.
