The websites we have been creating for over 9 years are highly ranked in Google and operate in various global markets: Europe, Canada, South America, Asia, etc.

Our wishes for your experience and skills:
- work experience as SEO specialist from 2+ years
- management experience/buddy Junior SEO specialist
- deep understanding of search engines, ranking principles, on/off-page, the impact of Google updates
- ability to work with large amounts of information, systematize, analyze data and process it in Google Spreadsheets and Google Docs (work with tables, filtering formulas, PivotTables, integration of extensions for GA/GSC, etc.)
- experience in link building (knowledge of different types of links, both paid and free, ability to build them independently)
- knowledge of SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, NetPeak Checker, Ahrefs, Majestic, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO
- knowledge of HTML, CSS, understanding of technical SEO (EEAT factors)
- skills in conducting website audits
- experience in using AI tools for SEO tasks
- knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above
- strategic and analytical approach to work organization
Will be a plus:
- experience in promoting projects to Western markets in highly competitive niches
- experience with various CMS.
What you need to do:
- analyzing competitors and the market, determine the vectors of website promotion
- conducting technical, product, and SEO audits of the website to find potential growth areas for the project
- searching for new ways to promote and optimize the website in accordance with the updated requirements and updates of search engines
- development of a quarterly SEO strategy and project budgeting
- analysis of external links of the site, formation of anchors and link building plan for the project, their further implementation
- optimization of the site’s appearance in the SERP, increase of the site’s CTR indicators
- conducting SEO tests
- monitoring of performance (positions, traffic, indexing) and correct operation of site elements (CTA blocks, user navigation
- selection and management of outsourced specialists (content, link building)
- generating reports and presenting the results of work.
