Senior UX/Product Designer
Hi! I’m Yana, a recruiter at Zeeks, and I’m looking for a Senior UX/Product Designer to help us create new, cutting-edge web products.
Our business is evolving to develop unique iGaming solutions that provide users with a seamless and engaging entertainment experience. We aim to craft solutions that are not only visually appealing but also intuitive, user-friendly, and effective.
Your Role:
In our team, you’ll be responsible for developing UX strategy, conducting user research, creating prototypes, testing, and optimizing UX solutions.
Your UX decisions will directly impact user engagement, retention, conversion rates, and interface clarity, ensuring users easily navigate towards key actions. We want our products to embody the best UX practices, stand out with logical structure, effortless interaction, emotional appeal, and accessibility, making them popular in the market.
What we expect from you:
- 6+ years of experience as a UX designer.
- Strong experience in UX strategy development and managing UX design processes.
- Proficiency in Figma, design systems, and UI/UX principles.
- Proven track record of UX improvements that led to product metric growth through data analysis, user research, and UX optimization.
- Knowledge of user behavior analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Amplitude).
- Experience in UX hypothesis testing and validation.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to work with feedback.
Will be a plus:
- Relevant education or certifications (Nielsen Norman, Baymard Institute, Projector Institute).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user behavior research and analyze data to implement new UX solutions.
- Develop UX strategy and oversee the design process.
- Implement Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles.
- Generate and conceptualize UX solutions.
- Test and validate UX solutions.
- Create UX/UI mockups and design documentation.
- Plan and manage the UX design backlog in a Scrum environment.
- Coordinate Design Handoff to developers.
