Senior Project Manager (inactive)
Hi! I’m Yana, a recruiter at Zeeks, and I’m currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to help us build systematic processes, optimize team performance, and effectively manage web projects.
Our business is transforming to create unique iGaming products that provide users with a seamless entertainment experience.
That’s why we need a Senior Project Manager who can optimize processes, keep all tasks under control, and ensure smooth collaboration between teams.
Your key responsibilities:
- Managing web projects according to Scrum methodology.
 - Creating and maintaining the project backlog, managing sprints.
 - Defining key priorities and distributing responsibilities among team members.
 - Communicating with internal clients, stakeholders, and partners.
 - Organizing project status presentations and providing progress reports.
 - Ensuring the quality of the developed product meets business requirements.
 - Assessing risks and developing mitigation plans.
 - Implementing automation tools for project management.
 - Coordinating team work and organizing Scrum meetings (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
 
What you need to join our team:
- 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager.
 - Experience in web development project management.
 - Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS.
 - Experience working with Jira, Confluence.
 - Ability to analyze team performance.
 - Experience with business analytics and product metrics.
 - Strong communication and negotiation skills.
 - Facilitation skills and the ability to manage client expectations.
 - English level: Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher.
 
Would be a plus:
- PMP, CSM certifications.
 - Experience in Affiliate marketing, iGaming, SEO.
 - Basic understanding of web product architecture and technical development aspects.
