That is why we are looking for an R&D Product manager, who will help us analyze the market, form conclusions and test hypotheses, increase the value of our products for users and the effectiveness of partner traffic.

What we expect from you:
- 3 years of work experience in product development and 2 years of team management experience
- successful cases of launching and monetizing websites
- experience in business planning, project budgeting
- basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, understanding of WordPress architecture, the logic of work of plugins and themes, templates, ACF
- experience with various traffic channels (SEO, PPC, e-mail, push, remarketing, retention)
- understanding the principles of SEO
- English language at the upper-intermediate level or above
- strong communication skills and experience in interacting with different teams (developers, SEO, designers)
It will be an advantage:
- expertise in the iGaming niche
- knowledge of Kanban/Agile development methodologies and successful cases of building processes based on them
- experience in launching and promoting of your own projects
- experience in successful SEO promotion
Your tasks will include:
- formation and implementation of product strategy
- coverage of the complete roadmap of projects based on managerial decisions: from idea to ROI +100%
- management of existing projects: budgeting, planning, forecasting
- monetization of existing and new projects
- improving the user experience of existing and new projects
- improving the conversion of existing and new projects
- attraction of alternative sources of traffic
