Middle Legal Specialist
Hello! We are expanding our Legal team and are looking for a specialist ready to join an international digital business.
We’re currently looking for a Middle Legal Specialist to strengthen our Legal team and help provide legal support for the business across multiple jurisdictions.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to grow in legal areas relevant to the IT industry, including intellectual property, corporate law, taxation, and banking/payment services. You’ll also enjoy a high level of independence in organizing your work and managing your responsibilities.
What you’ll do:
- Assist in supporting non-resident companies, including communication with local registered agents, lawyers, and notaries, preparing the necessary documentation, and resolving legal matters related to their operations (in collaboration with the Head of Legal).
- Provide legal advice on opening bank and payment accounts for non-resident companies.
- Advise the SEO team on legal aspects of launching and operating websites.
- Participate in protecting the company’s assets and intellectual property rights.
- Prepare, review, and maintain company documentation, and perform legal analysis of agreements with counterparties.
- Monitor and analyze legislation in key iGaming regions within assigned legal areas.
- Respond to various legal inquiries from internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience as an in-house lawyer in an IT company or as a legal consultant working with digital projects.
- Ability to analyze relevant legislation in the EU, the US, and other jurisdictions.
- Experience with compliance procedures (banks, counterparties).
- Deep knowledge of GDPR.
- Experience in intellectual property and contract law.
- Experience working with non-resident companies.
- Upper-intermediate English or higher (B2+).
