Middle Affiliate Manager

We are currently looking for a Middle Affiliate Manager who will be responsible for developing partner relationships, monetizing the company’s products, and driving project profitability. This role combines analytics, sales, partner management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the partner network (operators/brands).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
- Negotiate cooperation terms and monetization models.
- Sell and scale the company’s services within partner integrations.
- Conduct market research to identify new potential partners.
- Onboard new partners and launch collaborations.
- Support financial and operational partner processes (in cooperation with Finance and Legal teams).
- Analyze brand performance across the company’s products.
- Conducting research and surveys among partners to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Gather and share market insights with Marketing and Product teams.
- Work with partners’ reputation and content assets (including testimonial links).
Experience & skills required for success in this role:
- 2+ years of experience in Affiliate / Business Development / Sales roles within iGaming.
- Upper-intermediate English (B2+) — both spoken and written.
- Strong understanding of iGaming business models.
- Experience with affiliate platforms (NetRefer, Affilka, IncomeAccess, or similar).
- Experience working with SEO traffic and ability to analyze its performance.
- Understanding of monetization models (RevShare, CPA, Hybrid, Flat, etc.).
- Experience with traffic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Keitaro, Binom).
- Confident use of Google Workspace (particularly Google Sheets), including the ability to work with large datasets, structure, and analyze information.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships and drive sales.
