We will definitely fit each other if you:

• have experience in IT companies as a lawyer from 2 years
• speak English at B2 level and above (communication with foreign partners, banks, law firms, drafting legal documents in English)
• you have experience in conducting a comprehensive study of the regulation of activities in certain jurisdictions (search for information in open sources, court cases in open registers)
• you can search for information in open sources not worse than Google, analyze it, anticipate risks and think ahead several options for the development of events
• confidently use a PC and all basic tools (Google Docs, Google sheets)
• you show creativity and variability in finding solutions to problems and do not hesitate in front of obstacles
• you argue your thoughts and defend your ideas
• experience in the IGaming niche will be an advantage

What tasks are waiting for you in our team

• analysis of legislation of foreign jurisdictions in the field of IGaming regulation ensuring the passage of KYC on bank accounts and search for affordable payment solutions, analysis of the terms of cooperation and independent opening of bank accounts
• work with claims/complaints for violation of intellectual property rights, phishing of project websites
• analysis of company websites for their compliance with legal requirements (Privacy Policy, Cookies Notice, T&Cs)
• ensuring proper document management of the legal team
• work with partners (determination of terms of cooperation, verification of partner brands and licenses, collection and maintenance of documentation on work with partners)
• carrying out registration actions according to Ukrainian legislation (signing powers of attorney, notarization of documents, registration of legal entities)
