Jira Administrator
Hi there! I’m Yana, a recruiter at Zeeks. Right now, we’re looking for a Jira Administrator who will help us improve internal processes, ensure tool stability, and scale our Atlassian solutions.
Our business is evolving with the goal of creating unique iGaming products that provide users with a seamless and engaging entertainment experience.
That’s why we’re searching for someone who can take ownership of supporting and developing our Atlassian infrastructure (Jira Server / Atlassian Cloud), implementing automation, and assisting users.
What you’ll focus on:
- Maintenance, administration, and support of Jira Server / Atlassian Cloud and Confluence.
- Developing and updating Jira workflows, permission schemes, custom fields, and issue types.
- Implementing automations using Jira Automation and ScriptRunner.
- Setting up integrations (Slack, Git, LDAP, CI/CD – a plus).
- Carrying out hybrid migration from Jira Server to Atlassian Cloud.
- Providing technical support (1st / 2nd line) to up to 60 active users.
- Configuring reports and dashboards (including JQL), contributing to internal process analysis.
- Writing technical documentation: templates, instructions, configurations, migration plans.
- Monitoring systems, performing updates, and controlling backups.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience working with Atlassian Jira (Server/Data Center).
- Understanding of Jira within Agile/Scrum processes.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira Software (Cloud + Server), Confluence, ScriptRunner.
- Experience with Jira Cloud Migration Assistant, REST API, Excel/Sheets.
- Knowledge of Groovy (ScriptRunner), JSON, YAML.
- Experience with LDAP integration administration and user support.
- English level B1+ (reading documentation and Jira Cloud interfaces).
It will be a plus if you have:
- Experience with full-cycle Jira Server → Cloud migration.
- Knowledge of Bitbucket, CI/CD integrations.
- Understanding of web product architecture.
