Today, we are entering a new phase — building our own portfolio of iGaming products, targeting Tier-1 markets with high standards of quality.

We are now looking for an HR Director who will become a strategic partner to the business, support professional growth for specialists, and enhance employee loyalty.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Strategic HR Management: developing and implementing an HR strategy aligned with business goals, breaking it down into actionable plans, monitoring execution, managing budgets, analyzing HR metrics, and making data-driven decisions.
- HR Team Management: prioritizing and monitoring team tasks and metrics, mentoring and developing team members, and maintaining team motivation (HR TL, HR & Communication Manager, Recruiting TL, Recruiter).
- HR Process Optimization: analyzing and optimizing HR processes, administering HRMS, and maintaining team documentation.
- Performance Management: conducting regular performance reviews, coordinating all stages, analyzing results, and implementing follow-up actions.
- Talent & Succession Management: developing a unified succession planning system, creating and monitoring development plans for specialists, coordinating promotions and rotations.
- Manager Development: supporting managers in team management, coaching them to strengthen leadership skills and drive professional growth.
- Corporate Culture & Employee Engagement: conducting regular surveys, analyzing results, communicating updates on policies, processes, and organizational changes in line with company values, and participating in resolving cross-team conflicts.
Required Experience & Competencies:
- 3+ years of experience in HRD / HRBP / Head of HR roles.
- Deep understanding of the employee life cycle and experience in creating and improving these stages.
- Experience implementing performance review processes.
- Strong coaching skills and facilitation of team meetings.
- Experience in creating individual development plans (IDPs), identifying learning needs, and designing training programs (a plus).
- Ability to analyze data and create reports in Google Sheets.
- Experience in conducting and analyzing employee engagement and loyalty surveys.
- HR budget management skills.
- Experience administering HRMS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
