We constantly scale our projects and work on improving all business processes and organizational structure of the company, in order to achieve our goals more effectively. That is why we are inviting a Head of SEO to the team to help us develop a project with brands working in 60+ countries (Tier 1 – Tier 3 geo), and consisting of a network with 45 sites.
If you have successful team management experience, your projects are highly ranked in the iGaming niche (or in similar competitive industries), you have experience in getting top positions with multilingual and multi-page sites, you know how to plan work, control the process and motivate others, find among thousands of problems at least one opportunity to take advantage of, and responsibility is your middle name – you definitely belong to us!
What we expect from you:
- work experience in the position of SEO in highly competitive niches for 5 years, as well as in the position of Head of SEO or related positions for 2 years in the iGaming niche in Western markets – MUST HAVE;
- strong analytical skills, ability to analyze competitors and market situation deeply, draw conclusions and draw up strategy for further development based on the received data, and form a project budget;
- ability to find bottlenecks in SEO quickly and make the solution to give an instant result;
- successful team management of 10 people, the ability to motivate it, conduct 1-1 meetings, and solve complex issues;
- professional knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Ahrefs, Majestic, SEMrush, Screaming Frog), as well as the ability to work with large volumes of information (advanced user of Google Spreadsheets, RegEx);
- experience in link building (knowledge of various types of links, both paid and free, and the ability to build them independently);
- experience with CMS – WordPress;
- English language at B2+ level;
- examples of successfully implemented cases in the iGaming niche.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- create, implement, and control SEO strategy for the grid and each site separately in order to achieve the company’s goals;
- optimization/automation of existing and implementation of new SEO business processes in the team;
- team management and support soft/hard skills development for the team (with the help of our L&D specailist);
- expanding the company’s expertise in the field of SEO with the help of external and internal sources, SEO experiments, and SEO a/b testsand improving the department’s SEO strategy
- a timely and effective response to Google updates, force majeure situations, and restrictions from search engines: menu filter, algorithmic filter, etc.;
- budgeting resources for SEO and forecasting results;
- search for optimal options for solving problems with external and internal resources, updating existing methods of its obtaining and contractors for content and link building;
- conducting market & keyword research in the iGaming niche.
