And now we are ready to set up a whole linkbuilding team! So we are looking for an Linkbuilding team lead who will join us and set up the team, implement the best practices into process building.

Your skills and knowledge:

• 4+ years working with linkbuilding and at least 1,5 year as a Linkbuilding Team Lead/Head of Linkbuilding department
• English level B2+
• experience in setting up linkbuilding teams from scratch and leading freelance teams
• strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze competitors, donors and market situation deeply, make conclusions, and draw up a strategy for further link building development based on the data received
• in-depth understanding of Google Search Algorithms
• advanced experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google data studio, Ahrefs, Majestic, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
• deep experience in link building (knowledge of different types of links both paid and free, the ability to build them by yourself)
• experience with different CMS (WordPress/Joomla/Drupal/Typo3)
• knowledge of HTML, CSS
• strong experience with PBN
• understanding of technical SEO
• ability to work with large amounts of information (advanced user of Google Spreadsheets)

Would be a plus:

• experience with iGaming niche

Your main tasks in our team will be:

• setting up the team, selecting link builders on freelance basis and managing them
• create and implement team`s policy
• collecting and assigning tasks for links placement from seo teams, control their performance
• competitor analysis and market research
• building the processes of placing links in the direction of PR, outreach, and Crowd Marketing
• mentoring and development of the team
• creating and updating team’s processes guides
• searching and testing new links sources, expanding the link base
• expanding relationships with webmasters
• quality control and deadlines for tasks, reporting
