Chief Product Officer

Zeeks is currently looking for a Chief Product Officer who will help us create and scale high-quality products for iGaming and crypto users, ensuring transparency, trust, and the best user experience by leveraging advanced technologies, a data-driven approach, and effective monetization strategies.

We’re looking for a visionary expert to lead the development and execution of our product strategy using innovative approaches. As CPO, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring user-centric design, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth, efficiency, and liquidity, while maintaining transparency and seamless operations.

The team you’ll work with:

Your core team will include product managers, designers, and analysts — results-driven professionals focused on delivering meaningful user experiences. You’ll also engage closely with marketing and development teams through cross-functional collaboration, enabling rapid experimentation and iteration. Additionally, you’ll work in partnership with the CEO to shape the product vision and set strategic priorities.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong track record in B2B2C business, ideally in high-growth environments.
• Proven experience in designing and executing product strategies and comprehensive roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of user experience, data-driven decision-making, and growth levers.
• Proficient in using analytical tools such as Tableau/Looker/Google Analytics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a bias for action.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• English B2+.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a compelling product vision and roadmap that aligns with business goals.
• Prioritize features and initiatives to enhance user experience, engagement, and retention.
• Ensure transparency in product development and decision-making.
• Use data-driven insights and user feedback to improve user experience and conversions.
• Define and track key product metrics that drive marketplace liquidity and efficiency.
• Work closely with marketing and production teams to optimize conversion, retention, and monetization.
• Continuously test and iterate on product features to maximize impact.
• Partner with the CEO, COO, and other executives to align product strategy with business objectives.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the product team.
• Champion transparency and simplicity in product development and internal processes.
