That is why we invite to our team a Chief legal officer with experience in the iGaming niche, who will help us develop our business in the international arena in compliance with all legal regulations in various jurisdictions, adjust the process of interaction of the Legal team with other teams and systematize work processes of the team.

What we expect from you:

• knowledge of the English language at the C1 level and higher
• experience in the iGaming niche
• knowledge of taxation regulations for the structure of foreign companies with a Ukrainian owner
• experience in the proper design of websites
• knowledge in the field of financial/banking law, regulations in the field of combating money laundering and terrorist financing, regulation of online payments
• experience in supporting the opening of bank accounts
• knowledge of intellectual property law and previous experience in registering assets
• experience in working with foreign jurisdictions
• knowledge of regulations in the field of personal data protection
• experience in setting up processes and managing a legal team, strategic thinking

Will be an advantage:

• knowledge in the field of accounting and tax structuring
• knowledge of the duties of a money laundering reporting officer or previous experience as an MLRO

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• analysis of the legislation of foreign jurisdictions in the field of iGaming regulation
• creating instructions for working in the markets of the relevant regions (countries) and presenting them to interested teams
• determining basic conditions of conducting activities in various markets in accordance with existing legislation
• support of non-resident legal entities
• analysis of existing trade names, registration of trademarks
• systematization of processes and management of the legal team
• correspondence/establishing cooperation with contractors in other jurisdictions
• communication with other teams and processing incoming requests from them
• definition and implementation of strategic goals of the legal direction
• provision of comprehensive legal support for the activities of a group of companies
