Currently, Zeeks is opening a Chief Growth Officer position. This leader will be responsible for driving the growth strategy of our iGaming products. The role involves ownership of the entire user lifecycle — from acquisition to retention, monetization, and sales — ensuring scalable and sustainable growth across both B2C and B2B verticals. The CGO will work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to identify new growth drivers and expand market share.
Experience and skills required for the CGO role at Zeeks:
- 5+ years of experience in leadership roles within growth, marketing, or commercial strategy, preferably in iGaming
- Proven success in scaling digital products, building user acquisition systems, and increasing retention
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, brand development, and go-to-market strategies in competitive niches
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, user funnels, and data-driven experimentation
- Strong knowledge of key metrics: CAC, LTV, activation, retention
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Proven ability to build and manage teams, with tangible results in large-scale growth
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach and strong analytical skills
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making and growth hacking strategies
Challenges you will face at Zeeks:
- Defining and executing an overall growth strategy across multiple products and user segments
- Managing brand positioning and go-to-market strategies for four products
- Overseeing user acquisition, retention, and reactivation programs across paid, organic, and other channels
- Building and optimizing the performance marketing funnel to reduce CAC and increase LTV
- Collaborating with the Product team to improve conversion rates, onboarding flows, and in-product growth mechanics
- Driving B2B and B2C revenue growth through strategic partnerships, affiliate programs, pricing optimization, and channel expansion
- Developing and executing monetization and pricing strategies to maximize unit economics and LTV
- Managing Marketing and Affiliate teams
- Establishing strategic partnerships with key players in the iGaming and crypto industries
