Business process manager

Hi! I’m Olha, the Recruiting Team Lead at Zeeks, and I’m currently looking for a Business Process Manager to join our team. We need someone who can help us develop and implement a BPMN system, foster a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean), and enhance the efficiency of our business processes.

Currently, our business is undergoing a transformation aimed at creating unique iGaming products that provide users with a seamless and enjoyable entertainment experience.

We strive to establish a transparent, efficient, and standardized business process management system to help scale operations, reduce costs, and improve the performance of all departments.

This position is strategic for the company, as the business process system we build will serve as the foundation for Zeeks’ future growth.

We are looking for an experienced professional, a true operational visionary, who sees business processes where others see chaos and transforms them into a flawless framework.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in roles such as Business Process Manager, Operations Manager, or Business Analyst.
• Proven track record of implementing BPMN tools in companies.
• Experience with methodologies such as Lean, DMAIC, Change Management, Six Sigma, TOC, PDCA, and Kaizen.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Project management skills, including the ability to design processes from scratch and oversee them from initiation to completion.
• Successful cases of optimizing existing business processes.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Spreadsheets, Excel, Issue Trackers, Process Design Tools, and Planning Frameworks.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Affiliate Marketing, iGaming, or SEO agencies.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN.
• MBA certification.
• Certification in DAO PM/Project Manager courses in IT.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a BPMN system within the company.
• Process modeling using BPMN.
• Analysis and documentation of business processes in AS IS and TO BE formats.
• Introduction of a continuous improvement culture (Kaizen, Lean) in the company.
• Training teams to model and optimize their processes.
• Collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, needs, and processes.
• Facilitation sessions to identify bottlenecks and risks.
• Coordination of change implementation with all stakeholders.
