Business Development Lead (B2B SaaS / iGaming)

That’s why we’re looking for a Business Development Lead — someone who can not only find our first external customers but also deeply understand the market, validate hypotheses, shape the product’s value proposition, and eventually scale the solution into a standalone business unit.
Your responsibilities:
Market research & go-to-market strategy
- Analyze the market, competitors, and pain points of the target audience.
- Develop the go-to-market strategy and test acquisition channels.
- Define the ideal customer profile (ICP) and prioritize high-potential segments.
- Propose monetization strategies and build pricing models.
Customer discovery & product-market fit
- Conduct interviews, demos, and discussions with potential users.
- Collect feedback and identify real problems the product can solve.
- Generate hypotheses and validate or reject them based on user insights.
Influence on product strategy
- Present customer feedback, insights, and feature ideas to the team.
- Co-create the product strategy and roadmap with the product team.
- Ensure every feature delivers real impact for the end user.
Sales & customer base development
- Identify and engage potential clients via outreach, partnerships, conferences, and networking.
- Close initial deals and guide customers through onboarding.
- Own the final result — turning an MVP into a revenue-generating business.
What we expect from you:
- 3+ years of experience in product / growth / GTM roles in B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience launching products or entering new markets.
- Strong ability to collect, structure, and translate customer feedback into action.
- High initiative — you create opportunities instead of waiting for instructions.
- Experience collaborating with product teams: translating insights, suggesting improvements, shaping the roadmap.
- Practical understanding of the full product lifecycle — from idea to first sales and further scaling.
- Ability to quickly launch simple solutions to test ideas before investing in complex implementations.
