Brand&Marketing manager
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategic Brand&Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our brand presence in the competitive iGaming and affiliate marketing landscape.
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing a holistic brand strategy that drives user engagement, trust, traffic growth, and long-term brand equity for our casino review and affiliate platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the overall brand strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and market positioning.
- Define and communicate the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
- Position our platform as a trusted authority in the online casino and affiliate space.
- Plan and execute multi-channel brand marketing campaigns (digital, social, partnerships, PR, etc).
- Collaborate with SEO, content, design, and acquisition teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Ensure tone and style align with the brand and resonate with both new and returning users.
- Use market research and analytics to identify target user segments and create campaigns tailored to them.
- Develop and manage customer engagement strategies (e.g., loyalty, trust-building content, community).
- Promote the brand within the affiliate and B2B ecosystem through networking, industry events, and media.
- Coordinate co-branded campaigns with partner casinos and iGaming stakeholders.
- Measure campaign performance and report on KPIs to optimize future efforts.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in brand marketing, preferably in iGaming or affiliate marketing.
- Proven experience developing and executing brand marketing strategies.
- Deep understanding of the online casino ecosystem, including regulation, user behavior, and competition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- English B2+.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, social media platforms, and email platforms.
- Experience in UX/content strategy, influencer marketing, or performance branding.
