Hi! My name is Serhii, and I’m an SEO Team Lead at Lead Zeeks.

For over a year, I’ve been working on a worldwide project aimed at driving organic traffic to iGaming brands that engage with crypto users.

In addition, I’m planning to launch a new project — a platform that will aggregate products and services available for purchase with cryptocurrency.

That’s why it’s time to expand my team! I’m looking for a Middle SEO Specialist with experience in iGaming or other highly competitive niches to help me grow the existing project, drive website traffic, attract target users, and provide them with the best user experience.

What challenges await you in my team?

• Competitor and market analysis to determine the site’s promotion vectors;
• Conducting technical, product, and SEO audits to identify potential growth areas for the project;
• Implementing and improving on-page and off-page EEAT factors of the site;
• Finding new promotion and optimization strategies in line with search engine updates and requirements;
• Developing a quarterly SEO strategy and budgeting for the project;
• Creating and implementing an internal linking structure;
• Analyzing the site’s backlink profile, developing an anchor and link-building plan, and executing it;
• Optimizing the site’s appearance in SERPs and improving CTR;
• Building and maintaining the site’s social activity;
• Monitoring performance metrics (rankings, traffic, indexing) and ensuring the proper functioning of site elements (CTA blocks, user navigation);
• Analyzing key success metrics and adjusting the action plan accordingly.

Experience & skills you’ll need for this role:

• 2+ years of experience as an SEO specialist in iGaming or other highly competitive niches;
• Proven success cases of ranking websites in Google’s top positions and increasing traffic;
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher;
• Deep understanding of search engines, ranking principles, on-page/off-page SEO, and Google updates impact;
• Strong site auditing skills;
• Experience working with SEO tools: Ahrefs, Similarweb, Screaming Frog/Netpeak Spider (Checker), PageSpeed Insights, Majestic, GA, GTM;
• Expertise in Google Search Console (GSC);
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and EEAT principles;
• Link-building experience: understanding different types of links and the ability to build them independently;
• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS;
• Understanding how WordPress works;
• Ability to handle large volumes of data, systematize, analyze, and process it using Google Spreadsheets & Google Docs (working with tables, filtering formulas, VLOOKUP/pivot tables, GA/GSC extensions integration, etc.);
• Experience using AI tools for SEO tasks.
