Middle Graphic Designer (Outstaff collaboration)
Zeeks is an international IT company with Ukrainian roots, known for its high-performance affiliate marketing services in complex, highly competitive niches. Our products are non-gaming and serve a service-oriented function. We create technological, analytical, and infrastructure solutions for the iGaming market, similar to how Booking develops products for the hospitality sector.
Today, we are entering a new phase — building our own portfolio of iGaming products, targeting Tier-1 markets with high standards of quality.
Over the past 13 years, we have:

We are currently looking for a Middle Graphic Designer for an outstaff cooperation format, who will help strengthen and scale the design direction within the company’s products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating promotional banners for product websites’ main pages and email banners.
- Maintaining the corporate brand style and designing internal templates.
- Collaborating with UI/UX designers upon request.
- Preparing layouts for print.
- Developing design solutions tailored to different platforms — mobile and web.
- Proactively initiating visual ideas and participating in brainstorming sessions.
- Conducting design research, creating mood boards, and searching for references.
- Presenting design solutions in stakeholder meetings and justifying their effectiveness.
Required professional skills:
- At least 2 years of commercial experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Confident in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory.
- Ability to create simple illustrations and icons from scratch.
- Basic knowledge of Figma (auto-layout, naming).
- Experience designing for mobile and web platforms.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- English level B1+.
Would be a plus:
- Experience in iGaming or Crypto niches.
- Confident use of AI tools: Nano Banana, Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Reve.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.
- Understanding of print production processes.
