Operations Manager
Hi! I’m Yana, a recruiter at Zeeks. Right now, we’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our team — someone who can develop operational processes, scale best practices, and ensure smooth and coordinated company-wide operations.
Our business is growing fast, with new product solutions, new challenges, and new processes ahead. That’s why we’re searching for someone who values order, structure, and documentation — but also embraces change, works proactively, and knows how to implement improvements quickly and efficiently.
If structure, numbers, automation, and making things better spark joy for you — then you might be exactly who we need.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and updating operational policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Optimizing and automating business processes.
- Analyzing and eliminating bottlenecks, managing operational risks.
- Modeling processes using BPMN.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement using Kaizen, Lean, and Agile principles.
- Administering corporate infrastructure (Jira, Confluence, Google Drive, Slack, Miro, Figma).
- Coordinating changes and transformations across departments.
- Creating documentation and training materials (guides, templates, instructions).
- Budgeting for the Operations Team and reporting on the effectiveness of implemented changes.
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience as an Operations Manager or Business Process Manager.
- Are confident in gathering and documenting business requirements and preparing technical specifications.
- Regularly build process diagrams, data flowcharts, and process scenarios.
- Can estimate workload and create detailed specifications.
- Model processes using BPMN.
- Use methodologies such as Lean, DMAIC, Change Management, Six Sigma, TOC, and PDCA.
- Work confidently with Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Miro, and Figma.
- Have at least a B1 level of English or higher.
What you’ll get from working with Zeeks:
- The freedom to implement your ideas and improvements — with real impact on processes.
- A team that respects structure, clarity, and a thoughtful approach to change.
- Flexible schedule with the option to combine remote work and visits to our Kyiv office.
- Financial compensation fixed in foreign currency, with the possibility of review based on results.
- Up to 25 paid time-off days and 5 sick days without the need for doctor’s notes.
- Annual budget for education and professional growth.
- Yearly wellbeing deposit — covering healthcare, sports, veterinary services, language learning, non-professional courses or hobbies, and childcare services (nanny/kindergarten).
