Senior Product Manager
Hi! I’m Yana, a recruiter at Zeeks. We’re currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join a team that’s launching and scaling a large-scale digital product in the iGaming industry.
Our mission is to build a platform that fosters transparency, trust, and an outstanding user experience by leveraging a data-driven approach, deep analytics, and modern tech solutions.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just ship features but thinks strategically — someone who can build a product from scratch (or is eager to do so), understands what MVP/MLP means, and knows how to turn user interview insights into profitable functionality.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the development and execution of product strategy.
- Creating Roadmaps, User Flows, and User Journeys.
- Researching user needs, forming and validating hypotheses.
- Delivering MVPs/MLPs and ensuring timely releases.
- Defining, tracking, and analyzing key product metrics.
- Managing the product backlog and task prioritization.
- Conducting project data analysis and building predictive models.
- Creating a product development plan based on analytical insights.
- Evaluating results and scaling successful solutions.
Requirements for the Senior Product Manager at Zeeks:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager (experience with B2B2C projects, marketplaces, or iGaming is a strong plus).
- Confident use of Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Power BI.
- Experience developing and executing product strategy with proven impact on key metrics.
- Skilled in hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and analyzing results.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with large datasets and build forecasting models.
- Proven experience delivering MVP/MLP and mapping User Flow/User Journey.
- Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing.
- Excellent communication with stakeholders, C-level, and investors.
- Creative thinker with a track record of implementing out-of-the-box solutions.
