Chief Growth Officer
Hello! I’m Roman, an investor and serial entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience in marketing and digital product creation. I am the Founder & CEO of Zeeks, the Founder of Unilead, and a General Partner at the investment fund NetSolid Investments.
Zeeks is currently looking for a Chief Growth Officer to lead the growth strategy across our innovative iGaming and Crypto products. This executive role will own the full user lifecycle — from acquisition to retention to monetization and sales — driving scalable and sustainable growth across B2C and B2B verticals. The CGO will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to unlock new growth levers and expand market share.
This executive role will drive branding, marketing, user acquisition, sales, and monetization to ensure strong market positioning and revenue growth. The CCO will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute commercial strategies that maximize profitability and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the overall growth strategy across multiple products and user segments.
- Oversee the brand positioning and go-to-market strategy for all four products.
- Lead user acquisition, retention, and re-engagement programs across paid, organic and other channels.
- Build and optimize performance marketing funnels, driving down CAC and increasing LTV.
- Collaborate with the Product team to enhance conversion flows, onboarding, and in-product growth mechanics.
- Drive B2B and B2C revenue growth through strategic partnerships, affiliate programs, pricing optimization, and channel expansion.
- Own pricing and monetization strategies to maximize unit economics and customer lifetime value.
- Build and mentor a high-performing Marketing and Affiliate teams.
- Identify and pursue strategic alliances with key industry players in iGaming and Crypto.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in growth, marketing, or commercial strategy, ideally in iGaming, Crypto, or FinTech.
- Proven success in scaling digital products, building acquisition engines, and driving retention.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth, scaling brands, and leading go-to-market strategies.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, user funnels, and data-driven experimentation.
- Strong command of metrics such as CAC, LTV, activation, and retention.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Skilled in building and leading teams, with a track record of delivering growth at scale.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on mindset and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making and growth hacking strategies.
- English C1+.
