We are looking for an exceptional Head of Product and Revenue to build, scale, and lead this brand, transforming it into an industry leader. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with deep expertise in iGaming, affiliate marketing, product development, and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for launching and scaling the product.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class team across product, marketing, SEO and content.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on growth, innovation, and transparency.
- Align stakeholders, investors, and partners towards achieving ambitious growth milestones.
- Oversee the user-centric product development with a focus on UX, transparency, and cutting-edge features to drive acquisition and retention.
- Develop a sustainable business model, balancing affiliate revenue, advertising, and premium features.
- Establish a strong brand identity that differentiates the brand from competitors in the space.
- Oversee marketing acquisition strategies from both paid and organic traffic perspectives.
- Build a data-driven approach to maximize conversions, engagement, and lead generation.
- Ensure full compliance with regulations in target markets.
- Use analytics and AI-driven insights to optimize conversion rates and player retention.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and disruption.
- Proven leadership experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or digital product businesses.
- Track record of scaling a digital brand from launch to high revenue generation.
- Extensive experience in product management and strategy development.
- Strong expertise in marketing, and organic growth strategies.
- Ability to manage P&L, budgets, and financial planning.
- Strong negotiation skills for securing high-value affiliate and partnership deals.
