We are looking for Office manager who will take care of our office, create an atmosphere of comfort, and keep focus on all aspects – from making coffee machine ready to use to solving issues with municipal services and saving the galaxy.

What you need to join us:
- 1 year of work experience as an office manager/personal assistant/administrator;
- independence, organization, responsibility, proactivity – you will be entrusted with an entire office;
- attentiveness, the ability to count clearly and correctly: money, equipment, furniture, candies, people;
- ability to time management and set priorities;
- experience in working with office equipment, the Microsoft Office package and Google Docs/sheets/forms/calendar;
- ability to collect information, analyze, compare and present conclusions;
- fluency in Ukrainian, English – at the level of everyday use.
Main responsibilities:
- preparation of the office for employees work and control the office order during the day;
- preparation of branded products (including welcome boxes, get well boxes, branded clothing);
- organization of workplaces in the office and for remote specialists;
- management of the company’s corporate library;
- provision and support of corporate equipment in working condition;
- purchase necessary resources for the smooth office operation: products, household goods, stationery, etc.;
- organization of functioning workspace and equipment in the office;
- conducting surveys about the office and optimizing its arrangement.
